Automatic Bottle Unscrambler

Application:

This machine is suitable for arranging disordered polyester bottles. The disordered bottles are carried into the storing-section of the ordering bottle machine, and with the help of the pushing force of rotating disk, the bottles enter their position. with the function of the turning-bottle device and the air-flow, the bottles are ordered into bottle mouth-up-position and are carried into the next process with air-transfering type conveying bottle system, this machine adopts PLC computer system, and its frequency-control system can adjust its production capacity.

 

Working process:
Putting bottles into the hopper manually--> conveying by elevator;  turntable(Bottles will be conveyed out horizontally according to the size of turnable slot--> synchronous  transfer--> synchronous transfer2(there is differential between S2 and S belt)--> Driving lever(Making bottles out with bottom ahead--> Synchronous belt3(making bottles us by the function of differential)

This machine is controlled by PLC, touch screen, all motors achieve frequency control, you can alter the set figure on touch screen. It meets customers's demands, you can change the specification by adjusting the turntable of the unscramble box, the machine is mainly made of SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy.
